About Nicole Rodriguez

Senior Personal Trainer & Exercise Therapist on the Main Line
Nicole Rodriguez is a senior personal trainer serving Wynnewood and Philadelphia’s Main Line. She has always been passionate about movement, teaching, and helping others live stronger, more active lives. With degrees in both dance and psychology, Nicole blends expertise, education, and movement to guide adults 50+ toward better health and long-term vitality.

In her 30s, Nicole’s life was derailed by chronic pain following an auto accident. After years on disability, she discovered the transformative power of corrective and therapeutic exercise. Through posture alignment and targeted strength work, she rebuilt her body and regained her independence. That experience now shapes the way she works as a personal trainer for seniors, showing empathy, precision, and deep understanding.

Nicole’s professional background includes posture alignment therapy, exercise therapy, Mat Pilates, and personal fitness training. Her senior personal training programs focus on posture, balance, stability, mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health, the foundational pillars of healthy aging.

As someone who is 50-plus herself, Nicole understands firsthand the changes that come with aging. She specializes in working with seniors and adults over 50, helping them build strength, improve confidence, support bone health, and stay active on the Main Line.

Nicole has helped hundreds of clients through her work at Egoscue of Philadelphia and as the founder of Pain Free Philly, which transitioned in 2024 to Move Strong With Nicole to reflect her evolution from exercise therapy to strength-focused personal training for seniors. Her certifications include Posture Alignment Specialist, Exercise Therapy Skills, Mat Pilates Level 1, and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer.

In addition to private senior personal training sessions, Nicole teaches weekly beginner adult dance classes and fitness classes for adults 50+. You can learn more on the Classes page. To explore her perspective on exercises that support healthy aging, see her feature in Philadelphia magazine.
