MOVE STRONG
Restore your body's stability, mobility and strength! This energetic, full body exercise class draws from Pilates, therapeutic Barre, functional fitness and resistance training. Pack your sneakers because we will also do some cardio interval training to get that heart rate up! Emphasis will be placed on posture, balance, core strength and proper form. Everyone is welcome in this all-levels class. Modifications happily provided.
DANCE FUSION
Dance Fusion is a blend of modern and jazz dance. Class includes a warmup sequence, traveling across the floor, simple dance patterns, and concludes with some short stretches.
